I saw a recipe for these earlier today but didn't have many of the ingredients required, so I basically made up my own. They turned out chewy, gooey and delicious.

They are wheat, gluten and dairy free and they have flaxseeds in them for that extra nutritional hit.

Ingredients

1 Tbspn Flaxseeds + 3 Tbspn Water (soak for 5 mins = egg replacement)

1/3 Cup Cocoa

1/2 Tspn Salt

3/4 Cup Honey

1/3 Cup Chocolate chips

1 Tspn Vanilla Essence

1 Cup Almond butter

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until combined. Place on a tray (grease it first) in little balls and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mine were delicious - let me know how yours turn out!

xx
