When I lived in England I ate my fair share of Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream, and when I did, I eventually just dug out the cookie dough and let the ice cream. You can't imagine how excited I was when I found out that there is a clean way to make cookie dough! I've played around with this recipe and it is truly delicious!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Rolled oats

2 Tbspn Honey

2 tsp Vanilla essence

1/4 Cup Chocolate almond butter

1/4 Cup Egg whites

2 Tbspn Almond milk

Dark chocolate chips - as many as you want!!

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender except the choc-chips and blend for about a minute. Add in chocolate chips and mix together. Spoon biscuit size portions onto a tray covered with wax paper and place in the freezer for 2 hours.

Enjoy!
